The Internet is growing at a breakneck speed in India. Despite the low penetration of Internet, India has the seventh largest population of Internet users. Various studies indicate that by the year 2010, India will have the world's third largest Internet population. Internet is moving from New Media to a Mass Media. We have come a long way since our inception in 2000. But we realize, what we have seen is only the tip of the iceberg.

Knowledgeturf is an initiative to identify, assess and comprehend the moving changes in the medium. The team is constantly working to identify and implement global best practices. The Indian market lacks research about the online space. Marketers are skeptical because there is no standardized tool on the basis of which marketing decisions can be taken. Also, most studies being conducted are at a broader level. There are no industry vertical centric studies available currently in India.

Knowledgeturf plays a key role in moving towards the vision of the parent company. The division looks at industry research at large as well as client-specific research. The section has samples of research work that we conducted since the initiative began earlier this year. There are quite a few studies in the pipeline.
